Nicely furnished - large one bedroom studio apartment. The large apartment has a combined Living area and a work/study area, fully stocked kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, and a washer and dryer that is shared with one other apartment. Includes one off-street parking spot. Quiet and private. Walk downtown, to RPI and Sage Colleges. Monthly stays are discounted and encouraged. The space The apartment has a comfortable living room and work/study area with a large desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with a two-burner gas cooktop, Breville toaster oven, microwave, 10 cubic ft. refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and lots of cooking equipment, dishes, and glassware. The large bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, a dresser, and shelves. Please note that there is no door between the living room and bedroom but the bedroom is private and quiet. The spacious bathroom has a full-size shower with great water pressure, a nice vanity, and shelves. It is very comfortable, private and quiet. There is a window AC for the summer months and baseboard heating for the colder months. However, the apartment stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter with out the additional heating and cooling since it is below street level. Please note: -The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sterilized by a professional cleaning service after each Guest departs. -There is a minimum of one week per stay. -Monthly stays are discounted and encouraged. To get the discount, you will have to book your entire stay. If you decide to extend your stay, you will have to go through Airbnb and will be based on availability. We also offer leases for minimum of 6 months. Guest access The laundry room is in the interior hallway by the studio and shared with the apartment upstairs. You will need to bring your own laundry supplies. Laundry hours are from 8:00 am - 9:00 pm. Other things to note Things to reiterate due to misunderstanding by previous guests: -Monthly stays are discounted and encouraged. To get the discount, you will have to book your entire stay. If you decide to extend your stay, you will have to go through Airbnb and will be based on availability. We do not hold weeks or months. -The apartment is thoroughly inspected, cleaned and sterilized by a professional cleaning service after each Guest departs. -Trash day is listed under Houses Rules. Please review all House Rules. -Please report any maintenance issues to the property management during normal business hours. They will respond within a reasonable time. -Cleaning equipment (vacuum, broom, mop) is shared with the apartment above and located in the laundry area hallway (under stairway or at the top of the stairs).
