Kitchenette features a full size refrigerator and all necessities to prepare meals. Generously sized bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. Quaint sitting area with desk and chair. Washer/dryer access and parking for 2 vehicles. The space The bright cottage opens up to the pool and pool deck expanding your living area. Set up with patio chairs for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun rays. Cottage features a private entrance, newly fenced and gated yard for added privacy and comfort. Furnished for comfortable and deal for short and extended stays. At this property, we have a main home attached to cottage, rented separately to other vacationers just like you. The home holds no interior connection to the cottage or vice versa. The Laundry room and pool area are common areas and shared with the cottage. There is a laundry schedule set in place for easy sharing. There are cameras in common areas. Other things to note Property has cameras in common areas. Attached to Cottage is the main home which rents separately to other vacationers just like you. Neither residence holds any interior access, perfect opportunity to have snowbird neighbors and make new friends. The home’s air conditioner is preset to a specific schedule and temperature always keeping both residences comfortable. Home is located in a family oriented residential area; we ask that noise is kept at a respectable level. Also know that from time to time neighbors will host holiday and other celebrations with music which may be heard. If you are sensitive to music, then this may not be the place for you. If we have agreed on you bringing a pet, please read the Pet Rules: • Pets are to be walked with a leash at all times on residence front street, must clean up after • Securely bag waste and dispose in green garbage bin, waste bags are not supplied • Potty-time is not permitted in backyard • Pets are not permitted to be let loose or unattended on Patio or in the backyard, please consider our other guests • If your dog is a barker or does not like new territory we don’t recommend our place. We are very considerate of all our guests. • Pets are NOT permitted on furniture. • Please be sure to remove all pet hair prior to departure.
