Large family home located in the heart of the historic center of Bayeux, a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and shops. You will enjoy beautiful, bright living spaces, a 700 m² private garden with a terrace, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a vegetable garden. A quiet and friendly place, ideal for discovering Bayeux, the D-Day landing beaches and Normandy with family or friends. On request, we can put you in touch with an independent local guide who offers these tours. The space The house has been completely renovated in 2019. We are architects and designed this layout to make it a comfortable, functional and pleasant place to stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large 90 m² living space including a large, cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, opening onto a large terrace, ideal for extending meals outdoors. This level also includes a laundry room, a separate toilet and a master suite with a shower room. On the first floor, the house offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and an office space, perfect for working or quietly relaxing. On the second floor, an open space combines a large bedroom with a sitting area and desk, creating a pleasant and bright independent suite with its own bathroom. Guest access You will have the entire house as well as private outdoor spaces, a terrace and a garden. An outbuilding located on the property remains closed and is not accessible during the stay. All the spaces used are exclusively reserved for guests. Other things to note A reserved parking space is available directly in front of the house. Parking is also free on the street.
