This modern mountain home with amazing sunset views is the perfect getaway. It is located 4.3 miles from Bass Lake and 14 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite, allowing you to explore different parts of the park. The home features a newly furnished living room with a Frame Smart television and three bedrooms with new beds. The flat backyard enables you to enjoy various lawn games. This park-like retreat is the perfect place to return to after your adventures at Bass Lake and Yosemite. The space OUTDOORS:This is a private house situated on a two-acre property, which includes a sister house. The outdoor lawns are well-maintained and provide an ideal space to view the spectacular sunsets. The property itself is usable and features rock outcroppings, trees, and a seasonal creek with a small waterfall along the back. Outside, you will find a dining table for six, a propane barbecue, an outdoor couch, and a fire pit with six Adirondack chairs. INDOORS: You will feel at home the moment you step inside. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space, a dishwasher, a range, and a microwave. The three bedrooms are comfortable and decorated with a natural theme that complements the outdoors. Additionally, there are two fold-out couches in the living area for two extra guests. Attached is a two-car garage, which includes a ping pong table and a washer and dryer. BEST WIFI in TOWN. Guest access There is plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles or a boat. Please note that a sister dwelling is next to the home, which is not accessible to guests. We are currently renovating it and sometimes reside there. Other things to note Dogs are welcome! A charge of $75 will be applied if you bring dog(s).
