It sleeps four comfortably with brand new queen bed, new daybed and trundle with new plush memory foam mattresses. Enjoy the brand new custom tiled shower, full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, and Kuerig. The peaceful back yard feels like a private sanctuary, with no view of neighbors, nestled up against a ravine, with beautiful landscaping and birds. Enjoy morning coffee in your private screened in gazebo steps from your sliding glass door, completely private. The entire back yard is yours to enjoy, complete with fire pit, new gas grill and basketball hoop. Note: We want everyone to enjoy, but want to say that this is not a space for large groups or loud partying. Thank you. Guests have the entire lower level privately to themselves. They have the whole back yard and their own private driveway, their own grill and own firepit. Gorgeously landscaped, serene, and totally private! We love to meet our guests at some point and welcome them with a smile! However, we understand some guests would like complete and total privacy, and that is fine too.
