The space Traveler’s Rooftop features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen, creating a spacious layout ideal for families or small groups. Each bedroom offers air conditioning and storage space. The private rooftop terrace provides additional outdoor space for relaxing and gathering. The apartment is located within a gated community with two assigned parking spaces. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment, including the rooftop terrace. The property is located within a gated, access-controlled community and includes two assigned parking spaces for your convenience. Guests may also use the community pool and common areas in accordance with HOA rules. Other things to note Please note that, while uncommon, occasional water or power interruptions may occur in Puerto Rico and are outside of our control. The apartment is equipped with a water tank to help minimize water service interruptions. In the event of a power outage, portable battery units are available to support essential items, including the refrigerator (for approximately 8 hours), as well as pedestal fans for added comfort. There is no central power generator on the property.
