It consists of a desk, work table, bamboo wardrobe with closet, small armchair and small storage cabinet. The low bed, comfortable, futon type (160cm x 200cm) is in a spacious mezzanine (5m2). Towels, sheets, and duvet covers are provided. The living spaces are shared including the kitchen and the bathroom (18 m2 and individual sink). The washing machine can be made available free of charge. Shared wifi. (100MB). There is a small grocery store 100 meters away and another 500 meters away. An organic grocery store and short circuit 5 km away (excellent bread) Supermarkets such as Delhaize, Aldi, Carrefour 2 km (20-minute walk). The property is set back from the public road and enclosed. Private parking. There are +/- 2 buses per hour going to Frameries or Mons. Bus # 2. Stop at 350 meters. Frameries train station 2 km away.
