Small apartment with sea view in Bogliasco

Our home is airy, sunny and cool in summer even if Bogliasco is always nice. On warm fall days a swim is still enjoyable. In winter the nearby mountains often have snow and you can go hiking or snowshoeing with stunning views on the whole Riviera and the entire Alpine region. In february the heather blossoms and all the spring flowers follow with the scents of the mediterranean bush. It's the ideal departure point for day trips to all the Riviera Ligure and to Genoa and its historical centre The space Sunny living room which gives onto a loggia, dining table and a sofa bed with two separate single beds. Kitchenette. Sleeping room with small double bed (140 cm) which gives onto a rear balcony. Bathroom with window and washing machine. Guest access There is no private parking, only three shared places for the whole building residents which can be used by the guests. Parking along the road is free except a reserved parking area for residents. The building entrance is covered and reachable by car. There are a few steps to reach the lift which brings to the apartment level. There is a reserved forecourt which brings to a pedestrian bridge to cross the main road (Aurelia). In a few minutes walking you can reach the beach, the village centre, shops and train station or coach stops. In a twenty minute walking you can reach the bus stop of the city of Genova public transport. During spring/summer there is a boat service to Camogli, Portofino and Le Cinque Terre.
