And for those inclined, designated smoking areas are located outside. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. About our cleaning fees: In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties, following strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces. Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us.
