Labby's Homestead Rolling Creek Loft Suite

Our Rolling Creek Loft is located on the second level of our Barndominium featuring a private 2 bedrooms with 2-Queen beds in each & 1 full double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Your suite will also provide a spacious great room including a 55-in Smart TV already connected to free, secure Wi-Fi, and a full-service kitchen/dining area complete with cookware and utensils; there is also a wine bar to keep your wine at the perfect temperature! The space The great room provides access directly onto the upper large back deck facing the woods, and a year-round, all-weather creek with a small waterfall – perfect for the private opportunity of relaxing or entertaining! Enjoy watching an abundance of wildlife and our free ranging chickens throughout the day and evenings; as well as our 1-acre large backyard awaiting your desire to play outdoor games, light the firepit on a cool evening, or to simply let your pets run and play! Guest access You will be provided with 2 sets of keys, one set to the southside silo entry, and one set for the north side laundry/hallway entry. You will also receive the combination to the deadbolt the morning of your expected arrival date. Initial access to the suite is recommended on the Northside entry. There are plenty of off-street private parking for up to 3 vehicles designated by parking signs, 'Rolling Creek Lofts'. The parking spaces are located on the North side of the Barndominium (between the HVAC business and the green building). Park your car for the weekend and let the local transportation service pick you up and drop off right in the driveway! There are also sidewalks available from the property to the parks (within 1/4 miles) and downtown areas (1 mile); nighttime transportation is available from a local taxi service associate. Other things to note There is a guidebook located in the home for your viewing, featuring local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, wineries, transportation information, activities, and more! There is also a Farmhouse, located directly in front of the Barndominium, is off-limits to Barndominium guests. Please respect one another’s privacy and space during your visit.
