Spacious retreat with private 20x40 lap pool all to yourselves! Private King Bedroom with dedicated workspace, bunkroom and a separate living area w/kitchenette all to yourself! The entrance is in the rear of the main house through a gate. Whether you’d like to read a book poolside, dine al fresco, or have a place to unwind after touring beaches or bases…The space is made for relaxing and enjoying comforts while away from home. Publix grocery, golf, dining, shopping, beaches, and parks nearby. The space Entrance to Niceville Guest Suite is located in the rear of family home through 2 gates and an uneven brick paver pathway. The Guest Retreat is completely Private (not shared with main house.) Professionally cleaned between stays this space is ideal for Destin Beachgoers, Golfers, Sunbathers, Shoppers, or anyone looking to relax and enjoy Niceville. Master bedroom has King bed with luxury linens and pillows, wardrobe, desk/workspace, and separate bunkroom. Spacious living area with dining table and chairs, bookshelf with record player (& records) and wifi-enabled TV for streaming Youtube, Netflix, or your own Prime acct, etc. Coffee Bar with Keurig (Black Rifle Coffee) & tea, Microwave, and Fridge/Freezer. Games, Books, Puzzles available in suite for guests. Guest wifi access instructions given at check-in. Private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, toiletries, first aid kit, toilet paper, towels, and hair dryer. Centrally located between bases, bays, bayous, and beaches! Rocky Bayou State Park is only 3 miles! A great place to hike, explore, or rent kayaks/canoes. Plus a boat loach. There are several golf courses nearby. Disc golf, pickleball, water sports, and boat rentals are all within 10 miles. Lions Park, Florida Park, Childrens Parks, the T-dock fishing pier, and the Niceville library and splash pad are all less than 10 mins drive from the suite. Quick and easy access to Destin via the midbay toll bridge (best times to go to Destin/ before 10am or after 5pm) and costs $4 each way. (You can also go through Ft Walton Beach to avoid the toll, but it will take longer) 13 miles away Henderson Beach State Park Beach access is $6 and it’s gorgeous!! Crystal Beach access is located closer than Henderson Beach but access is limited. Free beach access on Okaloosa Island and no toll through Fort Walton Beach. The Destin Commons offer great shopping and dining and have a small splash fountain and movie theater. Typically less than 20 min drive directly across the mid bay bridge. We also enjoy the silver shell outlets. Guest access Complimentary Parking available for up to 2 vehicles (please contact if needing more space). Suite is located in rear of property. There are several nearby parks, restaurants, grocery stores (Publix), beaches, trails, and walking paths at are accessible by car. On foot there is a golf course within walking distance with a bar & grill. Other things to note Please do not use the pool unless you are a confident swimmer. Please do not let children be unattended on the property and supervise at all times. Anyone booking the guest suite does not hold the owners of the guest suite liable for any accident/ injury. We have 2 dogs that we keep on leash while guests are on property (they do not interact with our guests, but are friendly.) We do our best to ensure happy guests, so if you need anything during your stay, please ask.
