Therefore, all guests over 14 years of age will be asked for their ID for registration. It will be mandatory to respect the rental rules indicated below. VACATION RENTAL RULES Complying with vacation rental rules is a contract requirement. Failure to comply with the following points may result in penalties such as loss or reduction of security deposit. Guests must notify the owner/manager of any disputes and/or complaints from neighbors immediately. Guests will be fully responsible for the safety of the children accompanying them throughout the stay, and for any inconvenience caused to other residents of the neighborhood. Guests and their visitors should minimize noise so as not to disturb other residents in the area, especially during the hours when they may be sleeping (for example, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM), and when arriving at and leaving the property. Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time, and may result in the end of the guests' stay, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay, and a reduction of the deposit. The number of guests notified at the time of booking must be respected. Otherwise, the owner may request eviction without financial compensation. Any party or gathering of many people is strictly forbidden. Any small gathering should take into account the aforesaid rules covering noise, the neighborhood, and visits. Guests and visitors must follow the regulations and requirements that affect the parking and be considerate of neighbors and their vehicles. Guests and their visitors must take care of garbage and recycling in accordance with the instructions described below, and will not leave any type of waste in common areas or public areas. Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to make sure windows and doors are securely closed to ensure security and prevent rain damage. Guests will need to turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electronic appliances when they are not needed to save energy.• The pool can only be used between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For safety reasons, the rules are located inside the pool enclosure. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Animals are not allowed in this vacation rental (there are exceptions depending on what animals they are, and the size, breed, etc.). They will be held responsible for any mishap that may occur in the community pool.• Only tenants staying at the rental property may use the pool. Respecting the rules of the pool and community living at all times.• Pets are prohibited in the pool.• The owner has the right to end the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes a nuisance to the neighbors and other residents of the community.• The owner must be informed of any damage as soon as possible. To avoid damage, do not move furniture from one room to another without getting the owner's prior consent to do so. Towels in the bathroom may not leave the property (neither for the pool, nor the beach). Other things to note KITCHEN: with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, food iron, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, washer-dryer, clothes iron and ironing board. Kitchen towels, paper towels, cleaning products and utensils, washing machine, garbage bags, broom, mop, vacuum cleaner, etc. BEDDING: sheets, pillows, blankets, duvets, waterproof covers. Hangers in the closets. BATHROOM: towels, hairdryer, toilet paper (one per person plus one extra). OUTDOOR GARDEN: outdoor light, barbecue with grill, tongs, lighter, side table. Table with 6 reclining chairs. Awning with electric motor and wind sensor. Light point and electrical outlet in the table area. Private and fenced 150 m garden that surrounds the house, with access through the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Self-irrigation.
