The house, which is over 200m2, can comfortably accommodate 12 people, there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, two living rooms, and a dining room. The house is located on a quiet street, bordering a forest, in close proximity to the attractions of Karpacz: the Winterpol lift, the dam on the Łomnica river, and the cable car to the Kopa. The space The building is a historic villa from the beginning of the 20th century, built in the Karkonosze style with an area of 300m2, which has undergone renovation while maintaining its original character. The tasteful finish and furnishings give this historic villa a unique atmosphere and mood for relaxation. There are four bedrooms, two spacious living rooms (one with a fireplace, the other with a TV), two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room on the veranda overlooking the forest and mountains, and a second veranda upstairs for relaxing with a book. Guest access There are three free parking spaces available for guests at the house. The close proximity to attractions and trails allows you to move everywhere on foot without a car.
