Guests may not modify, remove, or introduce any furnishings or appliances. Guests must comply with all building and community rules, including cleanliness of public areas. No pets allowed unless pre-approved. A deep cleaning fee and deposit will apply. Breaches result in full deposit forfeiture. No smoking inside the property. Due to the peak season, last-minute changes are subject to availability. Guests wishing to extend their stay must provide at least two weeks’ notice. All extension payments must be settled no later than 10 days prior to the start of the extended stay. If payment is not received by this time, the company reserves the right to deactivate key access and restrict entry to the property. Access will also be automatically deactivated upon check-out.
