A maximum of 8 people should be on the property at any time and only confirmed guests after 8pm. 4:00 pm Check In and 11:00 am checkout times are firm unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Furniture - if moved must be moved back and without damaging the floors or furniture itself. Indoor furniture is for indoors and outdoor furniture is for outdoors. If furniture is left out of order there will be a $100 fee for us to have it moved back to its original spot. All noise must subside AFTER 8pm on weekdays and 9pm on weekends. You may be subject to CITY FINE if police are called. If there is a complaint regarding noise from a neighbor, we reserve the right to evict you without refund including your security deposit. If you smoke, keep it outside and please pick up your butts. Due to our vibrant location scuffs scratches and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest. Occupants or guests' personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by Owner. Owner does not insure against personal injury to the occupant/guests. Occupant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owners from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage, or injury to occupant, occupant's guests or their personal property. All reservations at this listing fall under NRS 651.020 providing your hosting team the “right to evict from such premises anyone who acts in a disorderly manner, or who destroys the property of any such owner or keeper, or who causes a public disturbance in or upon such premises.” By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to all of these provisions.
