The TV in the barn has Sky TV access including Sky Sports. The barn is heated throughout with underfloor heating using renewable energy from ground source heat pumps. Guest access The property has its own dedicated entrance and parking for 2 cars on the gravel drive. The nearest market town Penrith is 6 miles away where there is public transport available including the West Coast rail line and bus travel around the Lake district. The scenic Carlisle-Settle railway line is only 2 miles away with nearby stations at Lazonby and Langwathby where there are also convenience stores.
