At the foot of Usson Castle: former sheepfold from 1877 converted into a two-story house (for 7–8 people) and downstairs, on the ground floor, we have converted a studio-loft with independent entrance, ideal for two people max 4. You will have access to the patio with barbecue and bread oven, lots of hikes and walks. there are few shops nearby, plan "big shopping trips" before coming and smaller ones can be done around (very complete convenience store in Quérigut 8 min drive) The space Enjoy our loft studio in the heart of Little Quebec in Ariège! The studio has: - 1 double bed - 1 double sofa bed - 1 shower room (toilet + shower) - 1 Living room - 1 fully-equipped kitchen Access to: - Patio equipped with a barbecue and bread/pizza oven - 3000 m² of land, most of which is by the "La Bruyante" river - Parking in front of the house (river side) - No Wi-Fi or TV but 3G connection accessible for all operators. To fully relax: - You will have "La Bruyante" to yourself with its small waterfalls and "pools" of clear and fresh water. A hammock in the trees will rock you during a nice nap or while reading... - Nearby are varied walks both in terms of landscapes and difficulty (Le Roc Blanc, Etang de Laurenti, among many others). For sports enthusiasts: - 8 minutes from the (family) ski resort of Mijanes; 18 minutes from Col de Pailhères. Near thermal water stations, fishing, etc. (27 km from Lesl'égout Angles ski resort; 42 km from Font Romeu, 58 km from Puigcerdà (Spain); 34 km from Ax les Thermes and Bains de Couloubret, 90 km from Andorra...) - Free access to the services of the town hall of Rouze: tennis court, ping-pong table, playground for children and Wi-Fi in the village (1 km from the house) Shops: The loft is an 8-minute drive from a village with a very complete grocery store (Utile de Quérigut), shop and other services. Two restaurants nearby. CAUTION: This house is not very suitable for infants or children without supervision! (risk of drowning in the river, high rocks...) POINT OF VIGILANCE: We will tell you again ;) but the septic tank is natural and therefore you will only have to dispose of your bodily waste.
