At the foot of Usson Castle: former sheepfold from 1877 converted into a two-story house (for 7–8 people) and downstairs, on the ground floor, we have converted a studio-loft with independent entrance, ideal for two people max 4. You will have access to the patio with barbecue and bread oven, lots of hikes and walks. there are few shops nearby, plan "big shopping trips" before coming and smaller ones can be done around (very complete convenience store in Quérigut 8 min drive) The space Enjoy our loft studio in the heart of the small Ariège Quebec! The studio has: - 1 double bed 140*200 - 1 2 seater sofa bed - 1 bathroom (toilet + shower) - 1 Living room - 1 full kitchen Access to: - Patio equipped with BBQ and bread/pizza oven - 3000m² of land, most of which is by the river "La Bruyante" - Parking in front of the house (river side) -WIFI To fully relax: - You will have to yourself the "La Bruyante" with its small waterfalls and its "pools" of clear and fresh water. A hammock in the trees will rock you during a nice nap or reading... - Close to varied walks both in terms of landscapes and difficulty (Le Roc Blanc, Etang de Laurenti, among many others). For athletes: - 8 minutes from the (family) ski resort of Mijanes; 18 minutes from the Col de Pailhères. Close to thermal water resorts, fishing, etc. (27 km from Les Angles ski resort; 42 km from Font Romeu, 58 km from Puigcerdà (Spain); 34 km from Ax les Thermes and Bains de Couloubret, 90 km from Andorra...) - Free access to the services of Rouze Town Hall: tennis court, ping pong table, playground for children and wifi in the village (1 km from the house) Shops: The loft is an 8-minute drive from a village with a very complete grocery store (Useful de Quérigut), shop and other services. Two restaurants nearby. ATTENTION: This house is not very suitable for young children without supervision! (risk drowning in the river, high rocks...) POINT OF CAUTION: We will tell you again ;) but in the toilet, any bodily waste -> toilet paper, tampons, towels will be thrown in the trash cans made available in the toilet (at risk of clogging the pipes).
