Hi, We're Lee & Yang’s House. Simplicity, relax and comfort are always the key factors when we are traveling on our way and those are the things we dedicate a lot to bring to our travelers. We prepare a big space with balcony and we imagine you could feel freedom in our large room, enjoy the sunset, laying on a sofa and watching the field view of Taiwan. Relax and Enjoy Life Lee & Yang's House The space /Simplicity and Modern Japanese style are the main design concept /Large room (Around 30 square meters) /Have private bathroom and balcony /Room is on 3rd floor with great view Guest access /Individual room on 3rd floor. /Private bathroom. /Private balcony. /One shared bathroom on 1st floor. (Shared space) /Living room. (Shared space) /24hr Wifi. Other things to note Before You Come: /Currently, we only have one queen bed and other living stuff for two people. If you come with more than two persons, we will not be able to serve with our best quality. /For your and our safety, we will check your passport, name and phone number when you are checking in. At the same time, you will have our phone number which you could call if you get any urgency in Taiwan. We will not use or share your personal information with any other third party. Same as your phone number, we will not call your if there is nothing urgent. /We have to please you to download one app which will be used to open our outer door. /After the reservation confirmed, we will send the real address to you. Please allow us to keep the address secret before the reservation confirmed. When We Meet: /We are really confident with our cleanness so you could walk without any footwear in our house with us. Meanwhile, we also prepare slippers for you if you want to wear. /Please aware of your voice volume after 11pm. We will need your help to take care of our neighborhood's feeling. Thank you. /Smoking is prohibited in all area including balcony in the room. We will be very appreciated if you could smoke outside of the building. /You could drink in the room and host likes it too but do not get "DRUNK". : ) /Please take care of all stuff in our house with us. We really choose them carefully and only show the best and beautiful thing in our house. We will feel very sorry and please your to pay if anything get damaged. /Kitchen is not allowed to be used freely now but you could talk with us first then use it. /We love all small animal and pet but please do not take them in our house for other travelers' health. /We will not enter in your room when you are living in. If you need extra cleaning, please let us know. We are willing help you.
