Fully self-contained studio with private access, kitchenette, ensuite, patio & backyard. You can access the 3rd level for amazing roof top views & spa. Enjoy sunset drinks on the rooftop will be highlight of your stay. NO SMOKING ON the property. Guests can park on our driveway to the far left so that we can enter and exit the garage The space Our house has 3 levels with an enclosed side garden. You will stay downstairs where there is a fully self contained studio and patio with kitchenette and bathroom. One very comfy King sized bed, aircon, large smart TV. Entrance is through the side garden, past our garage glass sliding door, to the 2nd set of stairs which is your patio. Here you enter through the glass sliding door. (Key safe with code to access keys). We live in an enclosed space on the middle level. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the roof top area and spa to which you have access. It’s on this level that you will have amazing ocean and tree top views. As you walk out of the units door, you will walk through our garage, up the stairwell to the rooftop. You have a few cooking facilites in your unit as well as a BBQ available for you to use on the roof top. Wifi also available. Again NO SMOKING on our premises, there is a vacant block of land that you can smoke away....No butts, no vaps.. We currently have construction of house in front of our property that does not effect sunset drinks and rooftop Guest Notice: Construction is currently underway on a neighbouring property. Work can be intermittent, and we find it does not impact the peace and tranquillity of rooftop spa sessions or sunset drinks. Ample parking is available on our private driveway or on the adjacent vacant land if required Guest access Side entrance, key safe with a code is situated on the patio entrance stair frame. If we are here we can welcome you and show you the roof top and spa. Otherwise there is a welcome compendium with all the required information. Please Note: Construction: Intermittent building work is taking place nearby, but it does not affect the tranquillity of the rooftop spa or sunset viewing. Parking: Available on our private driveway or the neighbouring vacant land. Other things to note Happy to offer local information and/or tourist activities for you to do. And You can check out the guest book online.... A Quick Note on Construction & Parking: There is a house being built nearby, though the work is quite hit-and-miss. Rest assured, it won’t interfere with your rooftop relaxation—the spa and sunset drinks remain perfectly tranquil! For parking, you are welcome to use our driveway or the vacant land right next to us.
