House in a quiet and private area

Enjoy this house where you can relax after a long walk through the beautiful city of Querétaro and its colonial landscapes during your visit with friends or family. In a private subdivision with a security guard and 24/7 surveillance cameras. Parking for two cars and a covered backyard to enjoy a barbecue without worrying about the rain, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The space Master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is a comfortable ceiling fan in each bedroom and a closet for your clothes. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the parking space in front of the entrance gate and the space on the sidewalk in front of the house as a second parking space. The backyard is covered so it can be used as a smoking area or for barbecuing; I provide a grill and a folding table for that area. Guests can eat their meals in the dining room and relax in the living room. They can enjoy the convenience of either of the two bathrooms: one full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs.
