A true ski-in/ ski-out, just put your skis at the door and in 2 minutes you will be at the lifts. A short 10 minute walk to over 37 km of groomed Nordic trails and a 5 minute walk to snowshoe trails. Located in the heart of the Village, just park your car in the free downstairs secure, heated garage and walk to everything. The Village has a good selection of restaurants; Italian, Japanese, Mexican and more. It has pubs, coffee shops, bistros, a spa, a variety of ski and clothing stores, a liquor store and even a small grocery shop. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Its location within the building on the corner at one end furthest from the village walkway gives you peace and quiet. It has a large sunny south facing balcony for after ski relaxation. It has a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed ( new mattress) and gas fireplace in the living room. Flat screen HD TV with APPLE TV in LR, HD TV in bedroom. New TELUS fiber optic cable / internet/wifi is installed with' On Demand' and PVR. Sun Peaks continues to grow with both on mountain restaurants extensively renovated and expanded. Our new medical center is located right on the hill. In 2018/19 the Mountain put up a new lift ...the Orient Express above the East Village. In 2020/21 a new Crystal Chair to the Top of The World was installed. Brand new high speed quad lift in the West Bowl is now open for the 2024/25 season. Sun Hosts are available every morning for a free tour of the mountain with groups divided by ability and interest. The mountain has an excellent ski and snowboard school and children's programs that cater to all ages. Condo is set up for 2 guests in the bedroom.
