The space Casa MARTINICA is distributed in two floors in which we can find the following: - First floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom and open kitchen, living room and dining room. - First floor with a bedroom, living room and a bathroom, with access to the solarium and chill out, where you can relax reading a book or simply appreciating the natural environment. - It also has a pleasant and cosy interior patio, outdoor barbecue area and a bathroom. Linked to the above, there is a jacuzzi area where you can take a relaxing bath after a visit to the island. Description of the different spaces and details: - The rooms each have their own television and double beds. - The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, etc. - The property has air conditioning and heating. Guest access The house is located 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport, with all services within reach such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, banks and public transport stop 3 minutes away. It is located: - 20 minutes from the tourist area of El Médano, whose main attractions, among many others, are El Médano Beach and its famous Montaña Roja, where you will find a variety of restaurants and outdoor activities. - 26 minutes from Playa de las Américas, where you can enjoy a multitude of beaches according to your preferences and tastes, water and land activities, nightlife, a variety of restaurants and gastronomy. Parking: The property has a private parking with only one parking space. But nearby (2 min away) there is free parking.
