We have a separate AirBnB in the back, but the yards are separated by a fence. Guest access Please help yourselves to anything in the home. There is one locked closet in the first bedroom where we keep extra supplies, but other than that it’s all yours. Other things to note You're sure to enjoy the charm of this 1934 home. •Please let us know the minute you are aware of any leaks or water issues of any kind! •No smoking, parties, or events •Check-in is anytime between 4 & 8 p.m. (happy to make exceptions in advance) and checkout by 11 a.m. •No check in after 8 p.m. unless prior arrangements are made •Self-check-in with smart lock • Do not disrespect neighbors-they would like to be left alone. • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. The property has No Smoking rules as well. We are providing housing through a corporate lease, being 100% compliant is imperative. No smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property or neighboring properties. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge plus damages • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
