Access to communal courtyard garden, set within a well appointed peaceful Victorian terraced house. Fast WiFi, free on street parking. The space Ground floor flat in converted Victorian terraced house, with two flats above and shared communal courtyard garden. A quiet house not suited to partygoers. Guest access On street parking, with bus stops just a couple of minutes walk away and Devonport station and park only a five minute walk. Other things to note Two Habitat Roma Chair beds are available in the lounge for families; these chair beds are intended for children so that a maximum of two adults and two children can occupy the space. Please bear in mind that you will have less room in the lounge when these chair beds are in use. Please note - 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels, 2 tea towels and 1 toilet roll are provided per stay. Basic cleaning materials are also provided including washing up liquid, dish cloth and scourer. Any questions, please ask.
