Carpenters Rest is a self catering two bed self contained apartment above The Carpenters Arms in Wighton, just 3 miles from Wells Next The Sea. A perfect bolthole for your Norfolk holiday. A private enclosed patio area leads to the front door. Downstairs has plenty of boot & coat space with a charming Norfolk winder staircase leading to the galley kitchen & open plan living area through to the two spacious bedrooms & stunning shower room. Please be aware we do not allow children under 12. The space Entrance to the private courtyard and front door of the apartment is through the pubs beer garden. The courtyard has a table seating up to four, additional chairs can be provided upon request. Through the entrance door is a downstairs area to accommodate shoes & coats and a Norfolk winder staircase leading up to the apartment (there is a stairgate at the top of the stairs). The galley kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need - plates, cutlery, wine glasses etc along with an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster & oven with hob. The living room has two two-seater sofa's, a smart television & a table that can be pulled out to accommodate four guests. The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, chest of drawers, smart television & hanging space for clothes. Bedroom two has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & smart television. The beautiful shower room has a large walk in shower, twin sinks, full length mirror and a toilet. Guest access Parking is available in The Carpenters Arms carpark subject to availability. The Coasthopper bus route runs straight in the village and goes every hour in peak season. There is also the Wells & Walsingham Light Railway which stops at the edge of the village and is a great way of getting to either wells or walsingham! Other things to note The stairs in this accommodation are not suitable for those with limited mobility or children under 12 Dogs Friendly but please do not allow your dog on the furniture or in the bedrooms Please note the pub below is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays
