LUXURY PRIVATE BASEMENT *KING, QUEEN & SOFA BEDS*

You are very welcome to our full finished basement with an independent entrance for your full privacy, a full bathroom, two bedrooms, living room with Tv & sofa bed, breakfast table with delicious snacks & water, a microwave and other 2 sofa bed if needed. If a cradle is needed we can help you! Note: “OWNERS LIVE IN THE HOUSE” and just the full basement is offered with independent entrance. (No parties or smoking allowed). The space We provide you all the bed set (blankets, pillows, sheets, etc) towels, toilet paper & soap to be used during your stay. Also feel very confortable with the air con and heater in all the spaces. Good WiFi signal in all the rooms in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Guest access Please walk to the basement entrance, located at the rear of the home, just follow the Stepping stones, you can park in the drive way of our house. Other things to note We have a community lake at the back of the house 4 min walking in the sidewalk, you can run, walk, ride a bike, around it. The tennis court is 10 min walking distance!
