The beach is walking distance across the street. There are several hotels that have day passes to use their pool. Temporary pickleball court available. Pool is not open yet. The living room is large with a separate dining area for six. The kitchen has all the amenities you need for cooking. The Master bedroom has a King bed, desk, walk in closet with dresser and private master bath with tub, shower and two sinks. The Guest room is private with 2 twin beds, desk and dresser with private bathroom with shower. The hall closet has all the amenties needed for the beach and there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Stroll over to Newton Beach for fun in the sun or to watch the amazing FMB sunsets. You can also go to one of the hotels and get a day pass to use their pool. During season there many social activities to partake in. The schedule is in the elevators and lobby areas. Easy access to Publix grocery store is right next door and Junkanoo's and Fresh Catch dinner of cocktails. Many restaurants are open. We live a short distance away in Bonita Springs and are available should any issues arise. Gated community. Mid-island across from Newton Beach and next door to Publix.
