Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive, while Shadyside is a short 5-10 minute drive as well, or e-scooter ride! When you arrive to the building, you will head up to the front porch of the building and you have your own private entrance on the right. Access the apartment using the smart lock on the front door and walk into our bright 2 bedroom apartment! The Living Room: The living room is a perfect place for hanging out and bonding with friends/ family. Centered in the living room is a cozy couch that pulls out into a full-sized sofa bed. There is also a 50" TCL Roku smart TV in the living room where you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions to watch TV during your stay! The Kitchen: To the left of the front door is a hallway to get to the full kitchen. Fully stocked for all cooking/ dining needs with all appliances (Fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave), and a 4 seater dining table. All cooking needs are provided (cooking utensils, pots/ pans, etc) as well as all dining needs (plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs). Bathroom: The bathroom is fully stocked and equipped for you with essentials provided (Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels/ bath towels, etc). Topped off with a luxurious waterfall shower head! Bedroom 1: Just past the living room is a large, bright and clean bedroom stocked with a king sized bed. The mattress is a Puffy Royal mattress and is SUPER comfy! There is also a desk for all business needs during your stay to the right of the bed, and a 3-drawer dresser in the bedroom with a 32" TCL Roku TV for you to unwind before bed. Bedroom 2: Across the hall way is a second bedroom, also stocked with a king sized Puffy Royal mattress that is super comfy! There is also a 3 drawer dresser and closet space for you in this bedroom. Both bedrooms have usb outlets for your phone charging, white noise machines to help you get a great nights sleep, and all linens/ pillows provided! Other to note: Steps: - You will have to walk up one flight of stairs to enter the apartment from the sidewalk. Parking - Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge. - There is also an off-street parking spot available for an extra $10/ night, or $25/ week. Guest access Guests will have full access to the private 2 bedroom apartment.
