Other things to note The Chattanooga Treehouse is a unique up-down duplex. You will have complete privacy and access to the upstairs unit and the raised deck. This does mean you will share the wooden stair set leading to the units, so if you see us coming up or down, don't be shy and say hello. We would also like to note that there are about 40 steps down to your unit. If you have difficulty going up or down stairs, make sure to consider this. The stairs might not be the best for elders or those with bad knees.
