The house is private and very conveniently located only 300 meters from the coral reef beaches and vibrant town of Puerto Viejo, situated in a local residential neighbourhood, nestled near the edge of the jungle. This wonderfully located property is just far enough away from the bustle of town to enjoy the tranquillity and magic of the jungle yet close enough to make the most of all Old Harbour has to offer. You can go to sleep to the sound of waves crashing on the nearby shore and wake up to the howlers calling in the new day from the adjacent tree line. We provide filtered, pure, clean and potable water plus linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels are also supplied. The house is totally private but we are nearby should you need anything at all during your stay. Our house is divided into 2 apartments, The 'Double' offers two bedrooms, with a double bed in one room and twin beds in the other, which can be set as a king sized bed if requested. The bathroom and toilet are separate, there is fiber optic WIFI, air conditioner on each bedroom, ceiling fans and screened windows. This apartment has a large private balcony with kitchen-dining area equipped for light cooking, there is plenty of space to relax, where you can swing in the hammock or kick back and stretch out on the sofa in the lounge area, see the occasional sloth passing by or listen to the howler monkeys calling too! Our cosy 'Family Room' apartment offers 2 Bedrooms with double bed and bunk beds to sleep 4 with an en suite Bathroom. There is a private Kitchen equipped for light cooking and a breakfast bar. These apartment have their own shady outdoor balconies which can be divided.
