The studio offers high-speed internet, king size bed, 55” smart TV w/ NETFLIX, hairdryer, private laundry area (washer and dryer just for you), extra large bathroom & a little eating area. The space STUDIO 56 is approx 350 sq. with all living space available to you only. Totally private for your stay. The unit is on the ground floor (first floor) of a two-story ranch-style house, which is approximately 3200 sq., on over an acre lot. Parking is right next to the guest suite which is very convenient for when bringing groceries into the fridge. STUDIO 56 offers: 1.- Kitchenette: includes a microwave, stove, fridge, coffeemaker, blender, and basic cooking utensils 2.- X-Large private bathroom with hairdryer 3.- Private laundry area (washer & dryer) 4.- Three beds: Sleeps up to four people 🛌 (1) KING size bed 🛏️ (1) Twin day bed w/ a twin trundle 5.- High-speed Wi-Fi, 55” Smart TV with Netflix, and portable AC unit 6.- Free parking on premises 7.- Excellent location, two min away from shopping centers and cinema, airport and downtown Riverside are 15 min away 8.- Guest suite has hills and mountain views 9.- Our dog lives in the backyard. By opening the back door leading to the patio, you’ll find our two BIG dog. I would suggest being on alert and cautious when greeted by him. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples, or families traveling through California. This is a small apartment (own entrance and kitchenette) with an adjoining large private bath. EASY Checkout Process: Guests are not required to do any tasks at checkout (such as stripping the beds, doing the laundry, or doing the dishes). You are paying a cleaning fee which will cover all these tasks. Guest access Guest suite has its own entrance on the right side of the house. Entry door is right next to the parking space assigned to our guests, so you won't need to go to the back of the property to enter the guest suite. Over-sized parking/driveway available on premises. Driveway has 15+ parking spaces. Other things to note Please note: 1.- Smoking is only allowed outside the guest suite. 2.- One bath & hand towel per booked guest 3.- I provide initial stock of essentials (shampoo, toilet paper, body wash, etc.). Long term stays (7 days+) will need to supply their own essentials after initial stock 4.- Washer and dryer available for guest-use-only to refresh linens and towels 5.- No drugs at all (legal or illegal)
