Cozy, Convenient Sellwood Retreat

Beautiful, fully equipped, 2 bedroom apartment conveniently located in the popular Sellwood neighborhood. You'll be walking distance to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, bus routes, Springwater hiking/biking trail, Oaks Bottom wildlife refuge, Sellwood library, Moreland theater, 2 grocery stores, Sellwood park and Oaks Park (amusment park and skating rink). A short hop to downtown Portland, OHSU and many other Portland attractions. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. The space The apartment is located in the well lit basement space in our home. It has its own entryway which does include a flight of stairs. The stairs leading to the apartment are shared with the owners who occasionally use them to access the laundry room but the unit has its own door making it private. There are windows in every room in the apartment to bring in the light. The apartment was completed in 2017 along with our full house remodel so all the surfaces are updated and modern. You will love the quiet, walkable neighborhood which is conveniently located close to so many Portland attractions. There are many interesting shops and great restaurants, a puppet theater, live music in several of the pubs, Westmoreland Park Nature Playground, a farmers market (May-October) and an outdoor public swimming pools just 5 blocks away! Guest access Access the space through the separate entrance towards the back of the house on the garage side of the house. There is a paved patio walkway leading to the door of the unit and the entry code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Be aware that there is a flight of stairs to descend to access the unit. These stairs, hallway and the laundry room are all shared with the hosts but the unit itself has its own door so is private. Other things to note No pets, no smoking, no exceptions. We have an electric hot pot for hot water and a drip cone or automatic coffee maker for making coffee. We have equipped the kitchen with everything we can think of for cooking but if something is missing please let us know as we want a chance to get you what you need! Please observe quiet hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Normal children noises within the unit do not transfer to the main house when the windows are closed so don't worry.
