If you are looking for a quiet and cozy space, we will gladly welcome you to our home! You will stay in a fully equipped apartment, where upon arrival you can prepare a delicious tea or coffee and enjoy a beautiful ocean view. Located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in the southern sector of the city, steps from Universidad Católica del Norte. Transportation half a block away and close to Parque Croacia, Balneario, Pubs Restaurants, Casino, Ruins of Huanchaca, Supermarkets and Minimarkets. The space It is built on the third floor of a family home. It has 2 bedrooms: double and single. A bathroom. Fully equipped American kitchen, terrace with ocean views, laundry and drying area, cable TV and Wi-Fi We don't currently have private parking, but you can park outside the house. Guest access Access is independent of the house and to enter, you must climb two stairs. Four adults live in the house with their pets, a dog and a cat: Lilith and Don Gato. Other things to note This is our home and we ask that you please take care of it too, keeping it tidy and clean. We do not allow people who are not part of the reservation to enter. Before you leave, remember to clean up after yourself, leave your trash bags closed, and take them out to the laundry area.
