This is a private in-law suite at my home. You will have your own private entrance (on the side of my home), bath and bedroom. I welcome you to come in use the kitchen and laundry in a shared space with myself and my fiancée. My house sits in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the famous Siesta Key beach and is a short walking distance to Gulf Gate, home of numerous restaurants, bars and shopping. Come and enjoy a piece of paradise like a local! The space Your private space includes a bedroom with en suite bathroom. Just outside your private space you will find shared laundry and kitchen space that I welcome you to use. The room has a queen size bed with pillow top for a comfortable and relaxing nights rest. There is also a small desk with desk chair and one lounger chair in the room for your working and relaxation needs. The room has a 47” tv that is set up with a FireStick. There is a mini fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker in the room for you to use, but you are still more than welcome to come into my side of the house in order to use the kitchen and laundry. The kitchen hours are from 9am to 9pm, and will only be accessible at those times. These are just outside the connecting door. The bathroom has a stall shower, vanity and commode. There are a few toiletries for you to use, like sunscreen and lotions. These items have been left by other friendly guests; I do not generally supply toiletries. I have beach towels for you to use on your beach trips. There are also a few small coolers, grass mats, and two inflatable floaties in the laundry room area that are available for your use as well. Note: The kitchen and laundry facilities are shared with me and my fiancée, as I do live on the other side of the house. Also, this is a smaller space, I would estimate it at 250sqft; it is cozy and comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to their private room with en suite bathroom. Shared laundry and kitchen area. Kitchen hours are from 9am to 9pm. Off street parking for one to two vehicles on the right side of my driveway. During your stay I am an extremely busy person who spends as much time traveling as possible but will make myself available for questions and tips on the area. I want you to feel at home and will do anything we can to accommodate. Other things to note Please note: This is a small space and may not be ideal if you are looking for something large and spacious. I have furnished the space to allow for as much room and comfort as possible; while still offering amenities like a desk, chair, and queen sized bed.
