Perfectly located to discover our beautiful Breton coast, between the pink granite coast and Saint Malo, our house is 10 km from the beaches, and close to shops (5 min walk) Independent, spacious and warm, in summer you can enjoy our two terraces, our veranda not overlooked, and our 700 m2 wooded and fully enclosed garden. The space Fully equipped on 130 m2 (2 Smart TVs, home cinema, children's games, Marshall speaker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.) and 3 spacious bedrooms, plus a small one that can accommodate large families. You will also appreciate our large and beautiful veranda overlooking the garden, not overlooked, giving the impression of being outside at any time of the day. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and garden (except our office on the ground floor which will remain locked, as well as part of our basement) Other things to note Please note that there will be our nice cat, Ruby, who will lead her little life quietly around the house 🙂
