Literally thirty (30) steps from the sand, our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is centrally located in between world-famous Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey, adjacent to Santa Monica, and a short scenic drive to Malibu. The design has a contemporary “sun, sand, water" inspiration. One (1) master bedroom AND one (1) Master loft bedroom with king size beds, plus a “kids" room with 2 bunk beds (i.e., 4 twins), make this home a perfect luxurious beach get-away for up to 2 families. Moreover, each master comes with its own private en-suite bath making it a breeze to get ready to go explore. The master loft bedroom looks over the living room and has a direct view of the ocean. Where to go is endless …. A short bike ride or walk to a myriad of restaurants and shops, not to mention the Venice boardwalk and the main Venice Canal, the artsy/hip Abbot Kinney (home to many of LA's best restaurants), and the glorious yachts and boardwalk of Marina Del Rey. Activities ranging from paddle boarding, surfing, boating, fishing, bike riding, rollerblading, and just plain relaxing are all at your finger tips. Want to play volleyball? There's a volleyball court thirty steps from the house where you can host a game. Feel like staying in? Twenty foot tall living room ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean views, a cozy fire place, service bar, and a 65 inch flat-screen TV make snuggling up on the designer sofa and watching the latest football game or film on Netflix very enticing.
