My place is only 8 minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Nearby colleges include: Sherman Chiropractic, USC Upstate, VCOM, Converse and Wofford. Spartanburg Regional hospital is within a five minute drive. A grocery store, Waffle House and Dollar General are all within walking distance. The private room and the entire apartment is mostly decorated with unique paintings from friends and local artists. There is a 60” TV with cable in your room and a brand new queen size bed to recharge in!! This second cozy space has everything you need! All of the common areas are yours to use. The bathroom would be shared with a second Airbnb bedroom if I happen to have both of my rooms booked. If not, it is a private bathroom. As an additional treat, there is a basket of snacks and chocolates in the room. There is also a hot/cold Keürig coffee maker available with 15+ types of coffee/teas. To-go cups are also available for guests on the go. I have a pool (available after 6:30pm M-F and all day on the weekends), jacuzzi, fire pit, gas grill and fitness room available on site! The room has a keypad doorknob for extra safety that automatically locks once closed. Everything is available: pool (during swimming season), jacuzzi, fire pit, washer/dryer, fitness room and grill. Anything that you want or need to use within my home is also yours to use. Most of the time, I should be available for interaction, unless I’m studying. On the weekends, I can show you around the city if needed. I am always available for call/text/email for questions and usually reply pretty quickly. I feel extremely safe here! Being in a gated community helps cut down on the potential unwanted guests who could be traveling nearby. I have never had any issues or have felt unsafe. If you don't have a car, I would recommend renting a car or using Uber/taxi service to get around. I have given guests rides in the past, but it depends on my school/study schedule. I only request basic cleanliness. My goal is to make you feel as at home as possible! I have genuinely enjoyed all of my Airbnb interactions and the countless stories shared.
