Welcome to Woodland! Our studio unit comes with 2 Queen bed’s and 1 sofa bed. Full bathroom is available and an entrance to the studio with a private side entry. Amenities include a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, water dispenser, fresh towels & linens. Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle. Close to Sacramento Int’l Airport (15 mins), UC Davis (12 mins), Cache Creek Casino (30 mins). Accessible to I-5, Hwy 113 & Hwy 16. Located near restaurants, fast food, grocery stores & shops. The space Dining table with 4 chairs. Plates, cups, silverware etc. provided. Full fridge, microwave and blender available. Coffee, tea & water dispenser provided. Shampoo and soap available. Private gated side entrance, fence separates the studio unit from the backyard therefore NO backyard access. Bedroom: -Two Queen beds Kitchenette: -Full size refrigerator/microwave/stove -Coffee maker and blender provided -Water dispenser (Guests are responsible to refill water gallon) -Plates, bowls, cups, silverware, knives, etc. -Kitchen table with 4 chairs Living Room: -Sofa bed -Television -Fire Extinguisher/First Aid kit Bathroom: -Towels, shampoo & soap -Toiletries Guest access Private side entrance. NO backyard access. Full use of the unit with two queen beds and bathroom. Driveway parking available for one vehicle. Instructions to get key access to the studio will be provided upon arrival or when checking in. Other things to note We have surveillance cameras around the exterior of the house to prevent crime and provide security.
