Tucked at the far end of a quiet hallway, the unit ensures extra peace and privacy. This 40sqm ground-floor unit has air-conditioning, windows overlooking the street, and generous parking just outside. It sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Only 15 minutes by car to Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure, and just a 10-minute trip to the nearest beach. The space Our 1-bedroom unit is located at the farthest end of a long corridor in an old, rundown building originally constructed by the U.S. Navy to serve as barracks for service members. Despite its aged appearance, the building is structurally sound and safe. The bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, and the unit also includes two single foldaway mattresses. It’s about a 15-minute drive to Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure, with the nearest beach approximately 10 minutes away. Guest access Locked storages are for our personal belongings and no access to guests. Other things to note Pool access is Php320 per head and will be accessible to registered guests as per admin rules. Closed on Mondays for pool maintenance.
