The space ✨ IMPORTANT UPDATE – YOUR OWN PRIVATE WELLNESS ✨ We’d like to clarify an important change that may differ from some of our older reviews. Since December 2025, each house has its own brand-new, fully private wellness area with an electric sauna and luxury whirlpool. The wellness is no longer shared – it is reserved exclusively for you and your house during your stay. This is not just a place to stay – it’s a peaceful sanctuary inspired by nature, comfort, and connection. A unique blend of wood and glass, the house is built on pillars up to 1.5 metres above the ground and features a spacious covered terrace. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass walls, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and, if you’re lucky, watch deer grazing in the nearby forest – all from the comfort of your couch. With 75 m² of thoughtfully designed space, the house offers everything you need for a comfortable and cozy escape in nature. It is perfect for quality time with loved ones, a peaceful retreat, or simply a chance to slow down and enjoy your surroundings. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen and two compact but comfortable bedrooms – one with a luxurious double bed and the other with a bunk bed for three. The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed, making the house suitable for 5–6 adults. The living room is designed for relaxing evenings, with a wood-burning fireplace, a small library, plenty of board games, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and other entertainment options. Superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen has everything you need for relaxed cooking, including a tall fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, convection microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. A wardrobe and washing machine are available in the utility room. The modern bathroom features a glass shower, underfloor heating, toilet, and sink. High-quality bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Start your morning with fresh coffee on the wooden terrace while listening to the creek flowing along the property. You’ll also have access to a private 600 m² garden with a hammock, outdoor fire pit, and private parking for two cars. ✨ YOUR PRIVATE WELLNESS ✨ The highlight of your stay is your own private wellness area with an electric sauna and spacious whirlpool, overlooking the valley. The whirlpool is pre-heated and ready for you upon arrival. Enjoy your private wellness anytime from 12:00 to 21:00, exclusively during your stay. 🐾 Dogs: 350 CZK/day/dog. Guest access Access is very easy from the main road—no 4x4 is needed. Despite the convenient location, the house remains wonderfully quiet and private, set right on the edge of a forest with a charming creek flowing beside it. We recommend arriving via the village of Horní Podluží for the smoothest drive. You’ll also have your own private parking space for up to two cars right next to the house, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free. Other things to note This is a fantastic spot for winter activities. The local ski resort in Horní Podluží is just a 5-minute drive away and offers a ski school, equipment rentals, and plenty of beautiful cross-country skiing trails. In summer and autumn, the area transforms into a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners, and anyone who loves spending time outdoors. Bohemian Switzerland and the surrounding mountains offer countless options for day trips, scenic viewpoints, and unique natural wonders.
