The space ✨ Important Update – Private Wellness for Each House ✨ We’d like to clarify an important change that may differ from some of our older reviews. Since December 2025, each house has its own brand-new, fully private wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi). This means the wellness is no longer shared – it is reserved exclusively for your stay and your house only. This is not just a place to stay—it’s a calming sanctuary inspired by nature, comfort, and connection. This is a truly unique place you will hardly ever forget. A luxurious blend of wood and glass, the house sits on pillars up to 1.5 meters above the ground and features a spacious covered terrace. Thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling glass walls, you can enjoy stunning views of the mountains and even watch deer grazing in the nearby forest—all from the comfort of your couch. If you’re looking for quality time with your loved ones or a peaceful retreat just for yourself, and you want to stay somewhere that goes beyond the ordinary, then this Bohemian Home is exactly what you’re looking for. Within a well-designed 75 m², you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable, cozy escape in nature. Inside, the house offers a fully equipped modern kitchen and two compact yet comfortable bedrooms—one with a luxurious double bed and another with a bunk bed for three. The living room features a comfortable sofa-bed, making the home suitable for 5–6 adults. Both the living area and the master bedroom have floor-to-ceiling glass walls that create an intimate connection with nature and fill the space with natural light. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, a small library, plenty of board games, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and other entertainment options. Superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen provides everything needed for relaxed cooking: a tall fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, convection microwave, kettle, and dishwasher. A wardrobe and a washing machine are available in the utility room. The modern bathroom features a glass shower, underfloor heating, a toilet, and a sink. High-quality linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the wooden terrace with a fresh coffee from the provided coffee machine. A charming creek flows along the property, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. You will also have access to a private, large 600 m² garden with a hammock, outdoor fire pit, and private parking for two cars. A special highlight of your stay is the new luxury wellness area: an electric sauna and a spacious whirlpool for up to six people overlooking the valley. The whirlpool is pre-heated and ready for you to enjoy. Wellness access is included in your stay for up to 4 hours per day. Custom-made wooden sauna with open glass walls on one side gives you amazing views of the forest and mountains. Brand new Deluxe Electric Jacuzzi was just placed on your house terrace heated and ready to be used at 40 ° C. Sounds perfect for romantic relaxation in any weather. Wellness is available throughout the year and is already included in your stay. Romantic Getaway Cottage comes with a luxurious, cozy queen-sized bed. You’ll have beautiful linens, fluffy pillows, and an extra large blanket to keep you warm. This home offers a modern open space with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a small technical room with a washing machine. You can enjoy a cozy chilling area on a huge covered terrace – an ideal place for romantic sunset watching with hammocks and a fireplace. Make your favorite meals in our cabin kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove, mini cool retro fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and of course new Coffee Machine. We also thought of small things like spices, teas, scented candles, and lanterns. Enjoy a hot shower in your private bathroom. Bath towels, as well as biodegradable soap and shampoo, are provided. The new washing machine and hairdryer can´t be missed. All you need after relaxing hot tub and sauna. Tiny Cabin - Big Adventure On your large terrace, you can enjoy a cozy chilling area with a swing, hammocks, and an electric BBQ. The cabin has a perfect sunset view. Romantic evenings around a campfire with a fire pit and enough firewood overlooking the beautiful forest and private creek are waiting just for you. Dog fee is 350CZK/Day/Dog. Guest access Access is very easy from the main road—no 4x4 is needed. Despite the convenient location, the house remains wonderfully quiet and private, set right on the edge of a forest with a charming creek flowing beside it. We recommend arriving via the village of Horní Podluží for the smoothest drive. You’ll also have your own private parking space for up to two cars right next to the house, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free. Other things to note This is a fantastic spot for winter activities. The local ski resort in Horní Podluží is just a 5-minute drive away and offers a ski school, equipment rentals, and plenty of beautiful cross-country skiing trails. In summer and autumn, the area transforms into a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners, and anyone who loves spending time outdoors. Bohemian Switzerland and the surrounding mountains offer countless options for day trips, scenic viewpoints, and unique natural wonders.
