An easy drive to Coolum and Noosa - perfectly positioned to explore all the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The space BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Upstairs: - The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, generous WIR and twin basin en-suite. - Bedroom 2 offers a single bed with trundle (room for 2 people) and built-in robe. - Bedroom 3 offers a single bed and built-in robe. - Bedroom 4 offers a single bed and built-in robe. - The spacious upstairs bathroom offers a shower, basin, bath and separate toilet. Downstairs: - Bedroom 5 offers a double bed and built-in robe. - The downstairs bathroom offers a shower, basin and toilet. KITCHEN AND DINING - The house features a slick modern kitchen, equipped with a generous walk-in pantry. There are quality appliances throughout, including a large family fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, 6-burner gas stove and large oven offering ample cooking space for larger families. - The open plan dining area, located off the kitchen has an extendable table for, extra friends that might drop by for lunch! - Bar stools are also provided for simple meals on the go. ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING SPACE - The house is equipped with wi-fi with 100mb NBN speed. - There is a large TV in the downstairs lounge room with ample seating for guests. - The upstairs kids retreat offers a 2-seater couch, TV and Foosball table to keep the kids occupied for hours. There is also a piano for those who are musically inclined. - Enjoy outdoor entertaining with our lovely fit pit and comfortable couches, or take a dip in the pool to cool off on warmer days. - We also offer an outdoor shower and kindly ask sand to be washed off prior to entering the house. LAUNDRY AND CLEANING - The separate laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer. - There is an outside washing line, as well as a clothes rack for your convenience. - A vacuum, sweeping brush and mop/bucket are also provided. We appreciate you looking after this beautiful home like we do. Guest access The gate code will be given to you prior to arrival. House keys will be in the secure lock box and number given prior to your arrival. You will also be given a fob, allowing you access to the communal tennis courts, swimming pool and BBQ area. You will have full access to the house with the exception of the garage. There is ample parking for 2 cars in the driveway, or allocated parking at the end of the street in Belle Mare Ave. We kindly ask guests NOT to park on the street, to comply with Body Corporate regulations. Other things to note Little things to make your stay more enjoyable: - All beds will be made prior to your arrival. - Clean towels will be provided for all guests including beach towels. - Amenity starter pack consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and toilet rolls are provided. - Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen cloths, paper towel, laundry wash, tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk are there to get you started. - Salt, pepper and cooking oil is provided. Notes on services: - We do not provide baby/toddler safety gates. - We can provide a porta cot (with linen) and high chair for $25 each per stay. Please let us know if you require this service. - We provide beach towels, however we do not provide beach umbrellas or snorkelling equipment. - At present, we do not offer late check-out options. Our check out time is 10am. If you require a later departure, we kindly suggest booking an additional night. - For security purposes, we are unable to receive or store unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out.
