Relax with the whole family, including your pup at this peaceful cottage. Situated between the Halifax River and the Atlantic Ocean, it is a perfect vacation spot. Quiet yet convenient to everything: shops, parks, and restaurants, all within a walking distance. A 5 minute drive from Publix. At one end of the street you have Tom Renick Beachfront Park (beach chairs provided) with all of the amenities and the kayak ramp on the scenic Halifax River at the other. You won’t want to leave. Other things to note The furnishings are comfortable and adequate for a party of four. There is a king bed in one bedroom with a newer mattress and two twins in another. The living room has a smart tv with basic cable or if you prefer, enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Apple TV or Prime. We provide high speed internet for your devices. A big comfy couch offers plenty of space to stretch out after a day of beach fun or exploring. The sunroom with two armchairs and a table for 4 is a great space for a morning coffee or a family game night. The kitchen has a set of new plates, drinking glasses, and plenty of pots and pans for your convenience. There are stainless steel bowls for your pup as well. If you are a coffee drinker, you have a choice between a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Outside, you will find a shower, fire pit and a pavered patio with a table and chairs. The yard is entirely fenced. The AC was replaced in Nov. 2021. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and plenty of towels. There are a washer and dryer for your convenience so no need to bring a lot of luggage. We supply toilet paper and paper towels to start you off. Replenishing both before you leave is much appreciated.
