Very unique location! Located above The District shopping centre (cafes, shops, supermarket, cinema). Only 20 min walk from cbd + tram stop at your doorstep (free tram zone). Big courtyard, spacious kitchen with Eu laundry, large living and dining. ⚠️ You are booking a PRIVATE ROOM & BATHROOM. The apartment is SHARED with myself and my husband (in our room and bathroom). We do live here and use the spaces, we work from home every other day. I might not be home due to traveling when you're here. The space Your ROOM has a queen bed, big BIR and private bathroom. We are in the other room with its own bathroom and it is situated at the opposite end of the apartment. You will share the place with myself and my husband. I might be travelling and might not be at the property when you are, Agus will help with any questions if I'm not there. We both work from home a couple of days a week. ⚠️ Please avoid booking if you’re expecting a full private apartment. This is our home, and while we’re happy to share it with respectful travellers, the listing clearly states that you’re booking a private room and bathroom with shared common areas. We live here and use the spaces daily, so guests should not expect to have the entire place to themselves or leave low ratings simply because we’re present in our own home. Otherwise, we’re absolutely thrilled to be hosting you and hope you’ll love the place and area as much as we do :) Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment,excluding the other room. Other things to note Please consider the environment!Laundry is allowed once a week only. Turn all unnecessary lights off,as well as the heater when you are leaving our home.
