The Loft

Relax in Golden Acres, the first planned subdivision in Independence developed by the Kroh Brothers in 1931. The space The Loft is the 2nd story, of our detached garage. This 600 sq. ft. Family Room is used for celebrations. It is so special to us, we love sharing it with others. We require our guests to be at least 24 years old. Our Independence Business License limits us to host 2 adult guests, no infants or children. Other things to note Early check-in on game day for guests attending Chiefs games. Our city codes allow only 2 guests. We require guests to be over the age of 24. The Loft is above the garage. You will hear the doors open if we leave with our vehicles.
