The building is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a grocery store 600 m away, or 7 min walking distance, open from 7 AM till 10 PM. The tram station is 450 m away, or 5 mins walking distance. The city center is 20 mins and KIT north campus is 35 - 45 mins, by tram. The city center is around 5 - 6 km and 15 mins by bikeI have a spare bike which I am happy to share with my guests. and city center is . Also, there is a bike renting spot via an app within 650m. The space The 2 rooms are located on the third floor (attic) of the house. Therefore, the rooms offer full privacy, as only guests have key access to them. The rooms have one single bed each. One of the rooms has a work/study desk, and the other room has a big sofa that doubles as a bed. The attic also has a small, shared toilet, with a sink. The kitchen and the main bathroom are located on the second floor of the building, which are shared with me. You will have keys for my apartment, too, so that you can freely access to the common spaces, whether I’m home or not. The washing machine is in the basement. It can be used by arranging the time with me. In case you need an iron and ironing board, we can arrange for those, as they are in my room.
