Wilmette 1 Bedroom + Bunkbed Alcove & Balcony Deck

Recently updated with new furniture, kitchen finishes, and design touches! Ideally located by downtown Wilmette and the Metra, this 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and full of natural light. One flight of stairs up to the entrance, this private apartment comes with a fully outfitted kitchen with a dishwasher, full stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, laundry on-site (shared), and one uncovered surface parking spot. The space The space is accessed by one flight of exterior steps. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building. Other things to note Some pets are OK with an additional non-refundable pet fee per pet. We do have breed restrictions and do not allow dogs over 35 lbs. The main bedroom has a queen bed and there is a twin bunk bed in the alcove of the living room. Please only book if you will be staying as one of the guests. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept your reservation request if you are booking on behalf of another person. Please note the shared washer/dryer is in the building next door.
