Mid-Century Modern and Contemporary House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. The master suite has a soaking cast iron tub with complementary bath essentials, oversized walk in shower and a double sink vanity. There are wall mounted TV's in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room and sunroom. The open concept Kitchen, Living room and dining room is great for entertaining! The house has in-ceiling speakers throughout and in the pool area. The pool and spa heats. There is also a WFH work space The space The side yard to the left of the house is designated for dog relief and is the only shared space. This area is accessible via the side door of the attached studio unit, which has its own entrance and is separated from the main house by a laundry room. The main house features two sliding doors and a dog door suitable for a small dog to access this side yard. The backyard and pool area are exclusively for your use during your stay and are not shared spaces. Enjoy private amenities including lawn chairs, a poolside dining table, a fire pit, and a gas grill. Please note that while I strive to keep the propane tank filled, it may run out during your stay as usage varies by guest. Guest access There is street parking always and for your stay you can park in the driveway, the other studio unit should always park on the street. Other things to note The Sunroom has a couch and two chairs and have access to the shared patio/side-yard and the private access to the pool/jacuzzi The Living-room has an L couch and is apart of the open floor plan with the kitchen (which has 4 bar stools at the island) and the dinning room which has 6 chairs at the dining room table.
