Cozy Loft in Biltmore Village

***Please Read Entire Listing*** Entire 2nd floor of charming house in Biltmore Village. The space has a small kitchenette, nice sized private living room, and a very cozy bedroom with a brand new 12" gel infused memory foam mattress. There is a smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, & Prime. The private guest bath is downstairs outside the 2nd guest room, and has a large stand up shower with a pebble floor. The second bedroom is available for groups larger than 2. The space The optional second guest room downstairs is next to your private bathroom. It has a queen bed with a very thick and comfy mattress, a nice sized closet and dresser. There is no AC in this room, but is on the cool side of the house and has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable in the heat of the summer. Airbnb doesn't have an option for listing additional spaces without creating alternate listings, and we really don't want to host 2 separate groups simultaneously. So you'll have use of the second bedroom if you have more than 2 people and the additional charge per person kicks in, or if you write us a private message requesting both rooms. There is an additional cost for both spaces either way. If you have mobility issues, and would rather have the downstairs room vs the upstairs suite please let us know. The easiest way to see what your booking total is,is to book for the number of people coming. A quick breakdown reference is below 1-2 people for upstairs only = base price 2-3 people for both rooms = base + $25/night 4 people = base plus $50/night 5 people = base plus $75/night. We love having dogs come visit with us, but please give us a heads up if you plan to travel with your pups. We do not allow cats. Guest access You’ll enter our home through the front door, and access your rooms from our main living area. During your stay We will be in and out during your stay, but will follow your lead on interaction. Feel free to join us in the living room, or keep to yourself. Either way is fine with us. Always happy to offer our recommendations on where to go for food, drinks, or hikes. Other things to note We have one dedicated Airbnb parking space out front and extra room in the driveway when needed. Please let us know if you will have multiple vehicles so that we can advise you on where to park.
