Visit the East End with us! “Camp” without hassles in our cozy spot that includes air conditioning & Wifi. Drive to Montauk or Greenport. Close to the Hamptons. You’ll have your own private fire pit, outdoor couch, table with umbrella, lounge areas, BBQ, & everything to visit the beaches. 5 min walk to town with bar, restaurant, gas station, deli+. Water access down the road. Rear bunkhouse for 4 has sliding privacy door & tv. Beach day by kayak add ons ($) available. Ask ahead for details. You will be staying in our like new family camper located in the way back of our yard. We are the original owners. It is in a relatively secluded spot and you will have plenty of privacy. Camper is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly as if my own family is using it. Camper has fridge, stove, tv’s, microwave etc. The fire pit and BBQ will be all set for use. Gas station & hardware store right down the block for quick supplies. We advise having a car to use during your stay. You can walk to the nearby small town but will be limited with where you can go if sticking to UBER. The view surrounding the camper is pretty secluded. You cannot see our home from the camper, so you will have plenty of privacy. Your children are welcome on the swings and yard area by the camper for any yard activities you would like to play. This is a non-smoking environment. Please do not book if you smoke (includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana etc). The smell, even if outside, can be absorbed into the camper from clothing and the AC unit. Some guests are very sensitive to smoke and we want to keep our campsite smoke free. Please review all of our house rules and camper details before booking to avoid issues. It’s a camper, not a house. Doorways are narrower than a home, and there are steps required. The toilet and shower are smaller than a home toilet. Please see photos for details. The upper two bunks shouldn't be occupied by anyone over 60 lbs and under 6 yrs of age. There are no railings. The sofa in the living room is a jackknife sofa bed with bedding beneath. A full size pack-n-play will fit in the camper for a little one. If your kids prefer tent camping, you may bring one to set up, message us ahead for this please. The outdoor shower is available for your use anytime. It’s beautiful in the sun and moonlight, is roomier than the camper shower, and has plenty of hot water. We have pet chickens who live near the camper in an enclosure. Between the birds, groundhogs and rabbits, wildlife is all around. Our max guest capacity is 6, however our max adult capacity is 4. The upper bunk area can only accommodate kids. The bunk house can accommodate adults when using the double sized floor mattress(it’s a couch that can be opened up into a mattress). You will have your own driveway for one car. Please park on the beach stone driveway to the left of our home. Driving if not walking around locally is preferred. You can walk to the town in a few minutes, to the water another 5-10 mins. Parking at the restaurant and shops isn't an issue. We may have a few bicycles available if interested. We are available to you at all times for any questions or needs you may have, however we respect your privacy and do not want to be intrusive. If you need anything at all, please feel free to reach out to us. If you need your towels or linens refreshed, please leave them in the hamper (provided in the camper) by our back door or give us call or message. Quiet little town located near Moriches Bay, the Hamptons and Patchogue. You can walk to the bar/restaurant, deli, gas station etc in town. Great spot to access all the locations you may want to see on Long Island, whether it be apple, strawberry or pumpkin picking, or visiting the many wineries nearby. You can easily hop on the train to Manhattan or head out east to Greenport or Montauk for the day. Stay local and visit the beautiful beaches, restaurants on the water, antique shops, farms, breweries and wineries nearby. Westhampton, Hampton Bays, Riverhead outlets and aquarium only a short drive away. On-site parking for one vehicle in our driveway. Walk or drive to town or the water. Train station is within 10 minutes. Check out our guidebook on AirBNB! It has places to go, restaurants and camper instructions. If interested in a beach day by kayak, please message us in advance so we can make arrangements and let you know additional cost. Half day and full day trips available, or toured. We have a hot water outdoor shower by the house that you are more than welcome to use. It’s more spacious than the camper, has a larger hot water tank than the camper and it’s beautiful when the sun or moon is shining! We have kayaks (and life jackets/cushions) you may use for an additional charge of $150 for the entire day for up to 5 kayaks. We can put you in the water in the bay 5 mins away and call us when you would like to get picked up. A small cooler, dry bags, towels, chairs etc are available. There are beaches bay side and an island you can go to depending upon your skill level. Avid kayakers can reach Fire Island. Please give us notice if you would like to kayak or boat, weather permitting. Waiver may be requested to be signed. We can be your guide for the day for additional charge. We include some firewood and supplies, just respectfully ask that the fire be reasonable. No bonfires. There is a water hose available by camper in case of emergency. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and carefree as possible. If you need extra towels, linens, soap, etc, please let us know. The fridge will be stocked with regular condiments should you choose to use. We have a pancake griddle and toaster oven in the camper as well. The Keurig is a one cup machine. We have board and yard games available in the camper. In the case of rain, the shed located at back of the camper is the cushion and hammock storage area so they do not get wet and you can use them again after the rain. There are also games to play in there as well. Please review camper instructions in our guidebook, but by all means, if you have any questions at all, please ask anytime. In the event of any damage or accident/spills, please let us know as soon a possible so we can address it promptly and get you back to enjoying yourselves.
