If you like our handmade wine basket, it costs $150 itself. ================== If you come here expecting a 5-star full service hotel, you might be disappointed but if you want a clean stay with cozy beds and fresh sheets, you will have an amazing stay. Our guests love our beds and “complain” to us that they spend all day sleeping comfortably and do not have time for sightseeing. You can have the entire half duplex for yourself. The laundry unit and backyard are shared between the two units but are locked and gated for privacy. Laundry room can only be used by long-term guests (booking a week and more). Just like any major city, from time to time, you may see or hear homeless people walking around on the sidewalk. They are people just like you and I and are completely harmless if you leave them be. The yard is fully gated and your house is code-accessed, ensuring your privacy and safety. Guest access You can access the entire half Duplex unit with shared front and backyard. Laundry room access is only for long term guests (one week and more stays). Other things to note Same day bookings can be made, but immediate check-in is not available. Please do not just show up. You must get in touch with the host prior to arrival. If you book same day, the unit may not be cleaned and the sheets/towels may not be ready until later in the day.
